Registration Categories

Full Registration: Includes Continental Breakfast, Educational Sessions, Expo, Lunch, and Special Events. Registrants must make housing reservations using the link provided in their registration confirmation letter.  It is crucial to provide a valid email address for each registered attendee.

Team Registration: A team is 3 or more individuals from the same institution or company.  All rates quoted are per person.  Team registration includes Continental Breakfast, Educational Sessions, Expo, Lunch, and Special Events. Participants registering as part of a Team must make housing reservations using the link provided in their registration confirmation letter.  It is crucial to provide a valid email address for each Team member.

Exhibitors:  If you are an exhibitor, please do not register as a Team participant.

Guest Registration (16+ years only): Includes admission to Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and Special Events. Guest Registration does not include access to the Educational Sessions.

Single Day Full Registration: Applies to Sunday, Monday and Tuesday only; includes access to one day of Educational Sessions and the Expo. Does not include access to Special Events, however tickets are available for purchase.

Student: individuals actively pursing a degree within an accredited academic program.

Retiree: individuals who have retired from a NACUBO member institution and earn no income from an institution/organization eligible for NACUBO membership or as a consultant within higher education.

Registration Policies

Cancellation Policy: Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Showcare (NACUBO registrar). Cancellations postmarked or received on or before June 25, 2012, are entitled to a full refund minus a $150 processing fee, per registrant. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after June 25, 2012.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the written authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information to Showcare (NACUBO registrar) in writing.

Important Registration Deadlines:

Payment: You may complete your online registration with one of the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.

If you are unable to complete your online registration in one session and do not provide credit card payment, you will not be able to re-access your registration form; you will receive an email notice with a link back to your registration. Incomplete registrations will be deleted 24 hours after notification.
