The NACUBO 2012 Annual Meeting will take place at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center. The Gaylord National is located at 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD 20745.
The official dates of the meeting are July 28-31, 2012. The first day of educational sessions is Sunday, July 29.
Washington, D.C. area Climate and Appropriate Dress
The typical high in the metropolitan area in July is 88 degrees, and the low is 70 degrees. Loose, lightly colored clothing is recommended for daytime activities; a lightweight jacket or sweater is a good choice for the evening, especially for activities on or near the water.
Casual business attire is suitable for all meeting, sessions, and receptions. Please remember to bring a sweater or jacket for air-conditioned rooms. Convention center rooms tend to be cool.

Parking (public): Parking is available in the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center. The current rate for daily and overnight guest is $19.00 for self park and $20.00 for valet. The overnight charge includes unlimited in and out privileges. Rates are subject to change.
